I am new to all this ice cream making…what would happen if I put this recipe into a kitchenaid mixer ice cream maker attachment, would it get too thick for the machine?

Does this get rock-hard in the freezer, or does the air in the whipped cream keep it soft?

Add 2tsp coconut flavouring and some shredded dried coconut. The best coconut ice cream ever!

Hi Ashton,
I have a similar recipe. In fact, it is from my mom 🙂 . She used to make it for us every summer!
Before take to the freezer, I like to whip this batter to strawberry/raspberry jam! It gets very delicious!

PS: I’ve already taken a note to my recipe: whip the heavy cream! It will be a great change! 🙂
