You&#8217;ll need moist chocolate cupcakes (a boxed cake mix works perfectly \u2014 no shame here!), chocolate frosting or whipped ganache, and Oreo cookies finely crushed into fine crumbs for that dreamy &#8220;dirt&#8221; effect.
