Your Right to Cancel 

You are entitled to cancel your order within 30 days without giving any reason. 

The cancellation period will expire 30 days from the day on which you receive the goods or on which a third party, other than the carrier and indicated by you, takes possession of the goods. 

To exercise your right to cancel, you must notify us with a clear statement via:

We will reimburse you no later than 14 days from the day we receive the returned goods. We will use the same means of payment as you used for the order. You will not incur any fees for the reimbursement itself. However, a return fee applies, as outlined below. 

 

Return Fee 

All Wattbike returns are subject to a £200 return fee. This covers: 

  • Collection from your address 

  • Handling and inspection upon return, including testing where necessary 

  • Reboxing of the bike 

  • Administrative processing 

This fee applies regardless of whether the item is boxed or unboxed, assembled or unused. The fee reflects the size, weight, and handling requirements of the product. 

 

Cancelling After Dispatch 

If your order is cancelled after the item has already been dispatched from our warehouse, you will still be liable for the £200 return fee. This covers the cost of the courier returning the item to our facility, as well as handling and processing, and re-boxing. 

 

Conditions for Return 

To be eligible for a return: 

  • The item must have been purchased within the last 30 days. 

  • The item must be returned in its original packaging, including all accessories and power adaptors, unless otherwise agreed. 

If the bike has been assembled, ridden, or otherwise used, it will be subject to an inspection by our team. Any bike that cannot be resold as new, will be downgraded to an "Approved Return", and the resale value reduction will be deducted from your refund. 

Returned bikes must be complete, clean, and undamaged to avoid further deductions. 

 

Bundle and Free Gift Returns 

If your Wattbike was purchased with a promotional bundle or a free gift, the entire bundle or gift must be returned unless otherwise agreed with our Customer Service team. 

Promotional bundles and free gifts are not eligible for a separate refund. If bundle accessories or gifts are not returned, or are returned used or opened, we reserve the right to deduct the retail value of these items from your refund. 

 

Returning Goods 

You are responsible for the care of the goods until they are collected. Returns must be arranged directly with Wattbike. We will collect your bike from the delivery address originally provided. 

All returns are subject to the £200 return fee, which covers logistics, inspection, re-boxing, and processing.

We cannot be held responsible for goods damaged or lost in return transit. 

Parts & Accessories Returns 

You can return unwanted and unused parts and accessories for a refund, provided they are returned in their original and unused condition within 30 days of purchase 

Please note: 

  • Original delivery charges are non-refundable. 

  • We can provide a prepaid Royal Mail returns label (barcode) for your convenience. The cost of this service is £5.50, which will be deducted from your refund. 

  • If you prefer to arrange your own return, we strongly recommend using a tracked and insured service to ensure the item reaches us safely. 

Refunds will be processed within 14 days of the returned item being received at our warehouse. 

 

Free Bike Recycling 

Upon delivery of your new Wattbike,we’re happy to recycle your oldWattbike free of charge. We’ll arrange a hassle-free collection and ensure it is responsibly recycled. Terms and conditions apply. Please contact us by email or phone to arrange collection. 

 

Hyperice Return Policy 

You have 30 calendar days from the date of delivery to return your Hyperice product for a refund. 

  • Return shipping costs are not covered by Hyperice. 

  • Items must be returned in new, unused condition, with original packaging and accessories. 

  • Used, damaged, or incomplete items will not be eligible for a refund. 

  • Hyperice is not responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipping. 

  • Refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days of receiving and inspecting your return.
