Delivery will take between 1 - 2 weeks. We use this time to ensure each Wattbike is professionally reconditioned, quality-checked, and securely packaged before delivery.
You will be contacted by our specialist partner or internal logistics team to confirm your delivery date.

Reconditioned FAQ's
What does “reconditioned” mean?
A reconditioned Wattbike has been professionally inspected, tested, and restored by Wattbike engineers. Any worn parts are replaced, the bike is fully functional, and it’s cleaned and checked before leaving us.
Will it perform the same as a new Wattbike?
Yes. All reconditioned bikes meet the same performance standards as new models. Power accuracy, resistance, and connectivity are fully tested to ensure the ride experience is the same.
What condition will the bike arrive in?
- Grade 1 reconditioned bikes may show minor cosmetic marks from previous use, such as small scuffs or marks. These do not affect performance or reliability.
- Grade 2 reconditioned bikes may show clearer signs of previous use, including visible scratches or cosmetic imperfections. All internal components are fully repaired or replaced to ensure reliable, like-new performance.

Does a reconditioned bike come with a warranty?
Yes. Every reconditioned Wattbike Proton is covered by a full 1 year Wattbike warranty, giving you peace of mind from day one.

Reconditioned bikes are more affordable because they’ve been previously used or returned. Rest assured, you will still get the same performance and functionality—just at a lower price

Has the bike been tested before dispatch?
